Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax of 9.75% will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of California.

When will my order be processed?
Generally, you should allow up to 48 hours for your order requests to process and be confirmed. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 pm PST will begin processing that day and shipped within 48 hours, pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed Monday through Friday after 2:00 PST will be begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders placed on a major US holiday will be processed the next business day. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Can I change my order?
Once your order has been submitted, any modifications or cancellations must be made prior to your order being processed and shipped. Please email service@plumdenim.com or call 1.877.442.PLUM for any change requests.

What if I order an out-of-stock item?
Although we make every effort to fulfill orders, items are not guaranteed. If an item is sold out, we will notify you immediately via email or telephone. We will credit the amount of the sold-out item back to your account and your order will be sent partially fulfilled.

When will my credit card be charged?
Plum Denim Shop does not charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship. Once you have placed an order, you will receive 2 emails:
  • Order Confirmation Email: This email lets you know that we have received your order and are preparing to fulfill it within 48 hours.
  • Shipment Confirmation Email: This email lets you know that your order is ready to ship. It will also contain information on tracking your shipment as well as notification that your credit card has been charged.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Plum Denim Shop will gift box your order for an extra fee of $3.00 provided you select this option at the time of purchase. Our gift box service includes a gift box and the item(s) wrapped in tissue inside the box. You will be asked at checkout to include a gift message if you desire. This message is printed on a Plum Denim Shop gift card, and included with the gift box. The gift recipient will receive a return/exchange form so that they may return/exchange the gift if needed. Footwear cannot be gift boxed.

Returns and Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
Thank you for your purchase! We appreciate you shopping with Plum Denim Shop for your own little fashionista! To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a 100% guarantee return/exchange policy under the following conditions:
  • Returns must be postmarked and prepaid within 21 calendar days of the original ship date, unless marked as final sale. Returns received after 21 calendar days may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Acceptable returns are items that have not been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Merchandise must be in original condition and all original tags must remain attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels
  • All items marked as a "final sale" cannot be returned, as noted at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Returning or exchanging a product is as simple as 1-2-3! Simply follow the instructions on Return/Exchange form included with your package
  • Complete the Return/Exchange form and include it with your return merchandise. Please make sure to explain why you are returning/exchanging the product.
  • Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and completed Return/Exchange form in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service. Plum Denim Shop is not responsible for missing items or packages. If you no longer have your invoice or Return/Exchange form, contact us at 1.877.442.PLUM or service@plumdenim.com to notify us of your return. Send your package to:

  • We will gladly process your return once we have received your return merchandise. What if I lost my invoice?

Are any items "FINAL SALE"?
Yes. Any "Final Sale" item will be clearly marked and cannot be returned, as noted at the time of purchase.

What are your shipping options & rates?
Our preferred carrier for shipments within the United States is UPS. Please see the table below for details on shipping options and rates:
United States shipping rates are as follows
**A $10.00 USD additional shipping charge will be added to orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, unless the order qualifies for free shipping.

Do you ship to where I live?
We ship within the United States only. An additional shipping surcharge of $10.00 USD will be applied to all orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, unless the order qualifies for free shipping. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
Currently we are unable to deliver to: P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

How can I track my order?
